Mother, son suffocate to death in Hyderabad's posh locality
Both the bodies were recovered from their accommodation at Jubilee Hills.
HYDERABAD: A 37-year-old woman and her son suffocated to death due to smoke from the charcoal fire which they had lit to keep themselves warm in Hyderabad on Wednesday night.
The incident happened at the city's posh Jubilee Hills locality where the woman worked as housemaid. Both the deceased have been identified as Bucchiveni and her 20-year-old son Padma Raju hailing from Pithapuram Mandal in East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh.

Both the bodies were recovered from the one-room servant quarter of the house where Bucchiveni was employed.
The cold wave this season has so far claimed 18 lives in Telangana. Andhra Pradesh has also witnessed 20 deaths due cold weather conditions this year.
